    Fulfillment Policy

    1. Refund Policy:

    At Queens Gate Apt LLC, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent rental payment process for our residents. Please review our refund policy below:

    • No Refunds for Rent Payments: Once a rental payment has been successfully processed, it is non-refundable. This applies to all types of rental payments, including online payments, credit/debit card payments, bank transfers, and in-person transactions.
    • Overpayment Adjustments: If an overpayment is made, the overpaid amount will automatically be applied as a credit to your account and adjusted in the next billing cycle. If you prefer to have the overpaid amount refunded, please submit a formal request to our leasing office within 30 days of the transaction date.
    • Duplicate Payment Refunds: If a duplicate payment is made unintentionally, a refund may be issued upon verification. Please contact our office within 7 days of the duplicate payment.

    2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Payment Cancellation: Rental payments cannot be canceled once they have been processed. If a payment error occurs, please notify us immediately to explore available options.
